The entry level to this spectacular home boasts a gorgeous open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and hearth room, a large formal dining table and a magnificent Great room, in which guests can enjoy superb panoramic views of the mountains. Outside, you are treated to a spectacular heated stone terrace, complete with water features, a gas BBQ grill, fire pit and seating. Guests are also welcome to use the private gym facilities, also located on this floor.

The lower level of the property sports a beautiful indoor soaking pool and spa, which includes a stone grotto, alongside a waterfall that cascades over a hidden cave. This beautiful Highlands Townhome property is located in Beaver Creek Village, with excellent ski-in/ski-out access. Our guests are able to experience the privacy of being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the village, while at the same time enjoying a ski in/ski out access to the Centennial lift.

This gorgeous townhome, which comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, is split into two levels. The lower level includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, laundry room, ski room and surface car parking space.

To ensure maximum privacy, all of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the property. The bedroom configuration is as follows:

Guest bedroom has a Twin over Queen Captain's bunk with a Twin pullout trundle and en-suite bathroom

Guests are able to access the pool and hot tub facilities at Highlands Lodge, as well as the free Dial-a-Ride shuttle service to any of the villages located in Beaver Creek Resort. Guests also have access to the Highlands Slopeside fitness room.

This residence includes an alternate-day housekeeping service for stays of 4 nights or longer. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.
